From bookkeeping to tax planning, I help you stealthily slash through financial challenges—like a true accounting ninja—so you can keep more of what you earn.

Payroll and compliance don’t have to be a headache—not when you’ve got someone who lives and breathes the rules (so you don’t have to!).

I’m the mastermind behind smooth payroll processing and rock-solid compliance, making sure your team gets paid accurately and on time—every time. Think of me as your Payroll Queen, ruling over tax codes, pension contributions, and ever-changing legislation with a firm but friendly hand. My job? To take the stress out of payroll, breaking down the jargon so you can focus on running your business.

At the heart of it all, I believe payroll should feel effortless. No last-minute panics, no confusing calculations—just a smooth, reliable system that keeps you and your employees happy. Whether it’s PAYE, RTI, auto-enrolment, or compliance checks, I make sure everything is done by the book (so you don’t have to lose sleep over it).

With over 12 years of experience in the finance industry, I’ve worked my way up from Payroll Administrator in 2007 to Payroll and Compliance Director today. Along the way, I’ve completed my Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) exams, Certified Accounting Technician and The Institute of Accountants & Bookkeepers Payroll Qualifications, gaining hands-on experience in roles like Payroll, Accounts Assistant, Management Accountant, and Financial Analyst.

Now, as co-founder of our firm alongside my sister, Kimberley, I oversee payroll, compliance, and—let’s be honest—a bit of everything else! While my official title is Payroll and Compliance Director, I prefer General Dogsbody! Whether it’s HR, practice management, or accounts work, my duties are varied, keeping every day interesting.

But the best part of my job? Opening the payroll inbox on payday and seeing zero queries. That means I’ve successfully navigated another month of payroll perfection—and that is seriously satisfying!

Why We Started Our Firm

Kim and I built this firm to create a business that worked for us and our families. For me, that means balancing work with home educating my two children. Mornings are for "teaching time", and the rest of the day is a mix of work, family life, and home-ed clubs. Having the flexibility to work when I choose makes everything worthwhile—and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
